ModelForge respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

1. Data We Collect

We collect account data, payment data, user content, and technical data. Reference images may contain biometric identifiers and are processed solely to generate the assets you requested.

2. How We Use Data

We use data to provide the Service, communicate with you, improve the Service, and comply with law.

3. What We Do NOT Do

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your uploaded reference images or generated outputs to train public AI models outside the Service without your consent.

4. Biometric Data

Reference images you upload may contain biometric identifiers. We minimize retention: reference images are deleted after the associated character is removed or after 90 days of inactivity, whichever comes first.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers, in response to legal requests, or in connection with a business transfer.

6. Data Retention

Account data and user content are retained until you delete your account or we terminate it. Backups may persist for up to 30 days beyond deletion.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

8. Your Choices

You may update or delete your account data from your dashboard, request full deletion, opt out of non-essential communications, or request a copy of your data.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. International Users

The Service is operated from Canada. If you access it from outside Canada, your data may be processed in Canada or other countries with different privacy standards.
